Ashley McBryde Biography
Ashley McBryde is an American country music singer-songwriter who was born in Waldron, Arkansas, and brought up in Saddle, Arkansas, United States of America. She is widely known for singing and co-writing country music. Ashley began her career in 2006 and has released albums like Girl Going Nowhere and Jalopies & Expensive Guitars.
McBryde released her debut album, Girl Going Nowhere, in 2018. The album was a critical and commercial success, earning McBryde a Grammy nomination for Best Country Album. Her follow-up album, Never Will, was released in 2019 and was also met with critical acclaim. Its lead single, “One Night Standards,” reached the top 20 of the American country songs chart and topped the Canadian country survey.
McBryde has received numerous awards for her music, including the Academy of Country Music Award for New Female Artist of the Year in 2019 and the Country Music Association Award for Female Vocalist of the Year in 2020. She was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Country Album in 2021.
In addition to her solo career, McBryde has also collaborated with a number of other artists, including Carly Pearce, Luke Combs, and Miranda Lambert. She is also a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
