Lil Suzy Biography
Lil Suzy is an Italian-Puerto Rican American freestyle/pop singer who was born and brought up in Brooklyn, New York, United States of America. She was mainly active in the 1990s. She is widely known for the singles “Take Me in Your Arms”, “Promise Me”, and “Can’t Get You Out of My Mind”.
Lil Suzy began her career at a young age, appearing in commercials and performing at talent shows. She released her debut single, “Randy”, in 1988 at the age of 9. Her big break came in 1991 with the release of her first album, Love Can’t Wait, which featured the hit single “Take Me in Your Arms”. The song reached number 67 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became a club anthem.
Lil Suzy released two more albums in the 1990s, Back to Dance (1994) and Life Goes On (1995). She also had several other hit singles, including “Promise Me”, “Can’t Get You Out of My Mind”, and “Turn the Beat Around”.
